  ASSEMBLY & FINISHING

  Panels are laid out and taped together in accordance with the referenced numbers provided by our plotter in Cape Town. The Durban loft handles assembly and finishing for sails under 30ft. All other orders that come in via our Durban office are manufactured in our main Production Loft in Cape Town.

• CONSULTATION

  Quantum Sails clients consult with our experienced staff on a myriad of issues related to sailmaking. By providing on-board consultations, we ensure a hands-on approach to providing sound advice from the kind of fabric to be used for a new sail, to detailing purchasing and financing options. This highly valued service is free and leaves all our customers confident about ordering their new Quantum sails. For your own free consultation, please contact one of our sales representatives.

• DELIVERY

  We deliver anywhere in the world. Shipping arrangements are organised and handled by Quantum Sails for all of our customers.

• INSTALLATION

  We can install any sail we manufacture. This service must be organised by pre-arranged appointment.

• REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

  After long hauls and races, all sails will eventually need repair and maintenance work. Our Durban Loft provides a major service to the cruising fleets by picking up the sails for your yacht, repairing where necessary and reinstalling the sail once the work is complete.
